Shipping & Return Policy



  • You must place your order via our website by choosing the items to place in your shopping cart and then checking out with your credit card. This ensures accuracy and expedited shipping on your behalf. Sales tax is only applied in the states of Indiana and Illinois.
  • We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards; debit cards bearing a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted. We also accept PayPal.
  • Our website features an accurate inventory. All items shown are in stock unless otherwise noted. Expect delivery of your items within seven to ten business days for standard shipping from our facility.
  • Orders may be cancelled by 5:00pm on the same day the order was placed. Any cancellation after the same day will be treated as a return and subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
  • Items may be returned up to 30-days after delivery as long as they are in new condition and returned in original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping and restocking charge of 15%. By calling customer service, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number.
  • Damaged goods due to delivery or manufacturing, must be reported Numark Industries within 24 hours of the damaged shipment. You will be given a Return Authorization Number at that time and Numark Industries will pay the shipping back to our facility. Once received in original condition, the refund will be processed.
  • Items shipped without a RA number will not be accepted. When your item is returned, you shall receive a refund for the purchase price. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
  • Please be sure to inspect your package before signing the delivery receipt. Make sure to note any damage with the driver and then contact our customer service department for instructions. Items with significant shipping damage should be refused and will be sent back to our facility. You must notify customer service that you refused the shipment as soon as possible.
  • Items received in good condition but missing parts, please contact our customer service line and we will ship out the missing parts free of charge within 60-days of purchase.

Shipping

We only ship in the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Holidays and weekends are not considered in estimated ship times. Please note all orders are processed the following business day. Orders with expedited shipping will ship via the speed of service you select the NEXT business day. Not all items are available for expedited shipping as there is a size limitation for expedited orders. For further details contact our customer service department.

Warranty

All items are warranted to be free of defect for a period one year from delivery. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies to defects in materials and workmanship of your patio furniture, provided your furniture is maintained with care and used only for personal, residential purposes. The warranty does not cover damage due to acts of nature, including wind, rain and sun.

Exclusions

Items used for commercial, contract or other non-residential purposes, or items damaged due to acts of nature, vandalism, misuse or improper assembly are not covered. Discoloration or fading of the finish or fabrics as a result of exposure to the elements, chemicals or spills are not covered. Tabletop breakage, corrosion or rusting of hardware and damages to frames or welds caused by improper assembly, misuse or natural causes are not covered.
